my aim is to lose 5 stones and then keep that off. I know it won't happen overnight but am in this for the long haul, ultimately aiming to achieve a healthy and balanced diet that comes naturally, with a little bit of exercise thrown in for good measure
I enjoy walking, gardening and reading just about any sort of book. I love to cook and am an avid collector of new recipes. I also do cross stitch when i have the time
Just looked at your's and Sue's new pictures. Looks like you all had a wonderful time. I love your new home and garden area. Plus the village is just gorgeous. Hoping one day to see it all in person!! Hugs!!
Hi Sue Thanks for posting on my blog - it was good to hear from you, I've been meaning to catch up for ages now and ....................................... I've been around, signing on most days, but without the motivation to do much else on SP. However, my visit to the surgery encouraged me to get involved again - I guess we can't afford to ignore little messages like this as we get older (I know you are still a child ) I'm 65 this year and I guess if I don't do it now, then I won't do it at all!! So watch this space.......................... Tina x
