I joined Sparkpeople in April 2010 (didn't start using the tools and losing until August 2010) and by Sept. 2011 I had lost 83 pounds! And it only took me 13 months! This has been a wonderful journey, but it does take lots of will power! I want to get back with the program! I keep telling myself tomorrow. Well tomorrow comes and goes and it never happens. I need my will power back so I have returned to sparkpeople to kick my behind in gear.

Hey, thanks so much for your comment on my page. You recommended that I try calorie cycling, but I hate to tell you: I already do it! So what I think is next is to go down to the next step of calories--LESS calories overall, in other words. I'll be starting that this week, so wish me luck! :)
