I joined Sparkpeople in April 2010 (didn't start using the tools and losing until August 2010) and by Sept. 2011 I had lost 83 pounds! And it only took me 13 months! All thanks to the tools and support on here! I now have a 4 year old an 18 month old which definitely keep me busy. I am thankful that I started eating healthier so I can help ...

This has been a wonderful journey, but it does take lots of will power! I want to get back with the program! I keep telling myself tomorrow. Well tomorrow comes and goes and it never happens. I need my will power back so I have returned to sparkpeople to kick my behind in gear.

Thanks for stopping by my page. I've been off of the wagon for a long time. I'm going to Zumba in the morning so that is at least a small step in the right direction. Love that you are having some success in the weight loss battle.
