I joined Sparkpeople in April 2010 (didn't start using the tools and losing until August 2010) and by Sept. 2011 I had lost 83 pounds! And it only took me 13 months! All thanks to the tools and support on here! I now have am almost 5 year old a 2 year old which definitely keep me busy. I am thankful that I started eating healthier so I can help ...

Thanks for stopping by my page. I've been off of the wagon for a long time. I'm going to Zumba in the morning so that is at least a small step in the right direction. Love that you are having some success in the weight loss battle.

Hey, thanks so much for your comment on my page. You recommended that I try calorie cycling, but I hate to tell you: I already do it! So what I think is next is to go down to the next step of calories--LESS calories overall, in other words. I'll be starting that this week, so wish me luck! :)
