(I like to give myself small goals that easy to meet. That way its not a big dissappointment..)
I do a sparks video every morning. - Monday, Wednesday and friday I work with the wii fit for about 30 mins, also ellipitcal for 25 min . Tuesday , thursday and Sunday I use my fitness coach for 60 min. Plus on Nice days go for walks. Also keep in my calorie range that sparks set me up with.
