New Healthier Family!!!!~~~
I joined Spark 2 years ago and stopped...... But I am back once again~ SPARKPEOPLE IS THE BEST!!~~
My daughter is my main motitvation..... She is really overweight and I love her dearly....I dont want her to have health problems. She is only 11, so I still have a chance to help her. I feel like its mostly my fault, I mean I have never ate healthy and LOVE junk food. And she was brought up around it....Loving it too!!!

I am a small town south GA girl, 35yr, married for 14 years, and have one daughter. I am a respiratory therapist and work 12 shifts at night. That is one reason why I can't seem to stay focused~~on my weight!~ My schedule and the night shift thing!~ I believe spark people can help me~~~put back the SPARK in my life!~

My Goals:
My goal is to become a better healthier mom. I want to set an example for my family and we all get on the bandwagon of a healthier lifestyle. I don't want years to past and regret decisions I make now. I want to live my life like it is the last day of my life everyday.
My Program:
1. Watching what I eat
2. Exercising/ 3X a week
3. Drinking water.
4. Logging on to Sparkpeople....
5. At work.....STAIRS ALWAYS!!!!
Personal Information:
I am a respiratory therapist and work nights. I am married ~for 14 years. We have a 11 year old daughter. I am a animal lover. I have cats, dogs, crab, and a beta fish.
Other Information:
I love comedys. Love to take pictures! I enjoy spending time with family and friends. Me and daughter enjoy crafting together.
