I would say I yo-yo....up and down in weight which I have heard can be very hard on your body. I have found that the diet part, the food is not what I have trouble with its the exercise part. I always find too many other things to do besides exercise!

MY GOAL IS TO LOOSE APPROXIMATELY 40 LBS OR MORE AND TO TONE AS I LOOSE

My Program:
I HAVE ALREADY CHANGED MY DIET NOW THE HARD PART THE EXERCISE. I WILL BE STARTING BY JUST WALKING WITH THE DOG, WHICH I HAVE ALREADY DONE SOME....WILL ADD THE STATIONARY BIKE AND SOME PILATES AS WELL.
