Half Way There.....

Well I started Spark People In Jan 08....And I am more than halfway to my goal! I re-vamped my spark page (nothing major obviously just some colors lol) to remind me to re-vamp my diet and exercise plan. Im hoping to smoothly sail into loosing the last 40 lbs......and then 20 more as my goals are constantly changing. lol Wish me luck.

Im trying to stick to the food pyramid provided by the mayo clinic. and excersize daily as a normal thing instead of a diet.

What have *I* been doing?
Oh, cleaning the apartment (woo hoo - a whole 20 minutes and I'm done. Easy with only 2 ppl!) getting to the gym EVERY day this past week.
You don't read my blogs, do you?

Yes Tony is kickin my tail but he is soo darn cute that I don't mind!LOL!!

Yes I do use a Heart Rate Monitor for all the P90x workouts. Best investment I ever made--Holla!!

Well I am 5"2 and 168 pounds so the calories I burn will not be the same as anyone else. So don't compare how many calories of one person to yourself because your intensity level might be higher than someone else's...You see what I'm sayin???
I will give you an example:
My cousin is 5"6 I am 5"2
She weigh's 130-I weigh 168
On the Plyometrics workout she can burn 900-989calories
myself I only burn between 700-800calories. Ya See what I am sayin??!!

Just yesterday I pushed myself on my treadmill, I ran for 4minutes than I powerwalked for 4minutes and so on for 80 minutes!! I burned over 1000 calories! I had never done that before, but like I said I pushed myself.
So don't doubt how hard your workin girl!
Just keep at it.
Working hard creates results
Right?!!!
