My Goals:

Goal one is to drop about sixty pounds (ideal weight is about 210) by ?.

Goal two is to draw better. I doubt Spark will help me on that one, though.

Ah, and goal three is to get my driver's license already.

My Program:
I run 20-30 minutes a day on the treadmill (12min./mile).

I stick to the minimum of my SP nutrition plan. That means I'll take in no more than 1970 calories on any given day.
