Hi Everyone I just love SP. I have been a member since November 2009. Since joining I have changed a few of my bad habits. Set realistic goals. So far the weight isn't dropping as fast as I would like but I am determined not to give up. Knowing that with hard work and preservance and I can do it.

Thanks for the comment.

I had enough, weight gain ,weight loss, etc.

This is my first year Maintaining my weight

emoticon If I new Then Like I Know Now I would have been alot healthier alot sooner !

I'm glad I stuck with it now I know what to do....
