Thanks for your comment on my blog last week. Yes, I have been MIA. Sick kiddo and barely any of my needs get met. Pure exhaustion staying up with her all night. Seems to be an the mend now...I hope!!
I did get to the gym a lot and/ or my bike on a trainer in my living room. Only tracked about 1200 calories burned per week on my heart rate monitor for the last two weeks. My goal is at least 1500. Need to log those here and get back in the swing this coming week.
