My Goals:
I really want to get down to my goal weight before Christmas! my goal date is december 15th and i need to lose 42lbs. and damn it, i'm determined!
My Program:
i am keeping my calorie intake under 1300 and doing cardio 4 times a week and strengh training a minimum of 5 days a week! like i said....I'M DETERMINED!
