Time to get serious
No more excuses, no more procrastination. I need to lose this weight and get healthy! When pregnant with my second son, I was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes, and had to go on insulin and medication. I got it under control quickly, he's perfectly healthy, and thankfully the GD went away, but it was a real wakeup call. My goals: 230 - yoga clothes - met 7/14/2011 220 - new headphones 210 - jogging stroller (used) 195 - mani/pedi/massage 185 - camelbak 175 - 1 nice outfit 160 - 1 workout outfit 150 - 3 personal training sessions 140 - heartrate monitor 130 - new swimsuit 125 - new(used) bike and trailer 120 - $1000 new wardrobe

My Goals:
I will reach 120 lb by August 2012. For every pound I lose I will put away $10 - when I reach my goal weight I will have just over $1000 for a new wardrobe.
My Program:
Tracking calories, low-ish carb diet, and at least 30 min exercise daily.
