My Goals:
Not only do I want to lose the weight I gained throughout my pregnany, I want to be in the best physical shape in my life. I want to lose a lot of weight with a heavy emphasis on toning and strength training.
My Program:
Right now I can not excercise for another two week because of my c-section during delivery. I have changed my eating habits drastrically from the past nine months and I have not lost any more weight since delivery.
Personal Information:
I live in the Tidewater area in Virginia. I am a very active person and I love sports, cooking, shopping, laughing, hanging out with family and friends, and also meeting new people.
