I ran a full marathon before 50!

I started out on Spark People almost three years ago with high cholestrol and pre-diabetes. I originally lost 60 pounds but for the past year my weight has been up and down. My goal for 2012 is to get more focused on eating right, drinking more water and to continue to enjoy running - just for the health of it!

Thanks! The fiber study is still in it's initial stages. We did a small one a couple of years ago and it looked promising...fingers crossed we get good results on this one.

Hi! Thanks for commenting on my race blog. I always expect to keep improving and when a race isn't a PR, I think I must be doing something wrong with my training. Just finishing should be a great feeling!!!!
