I am a 33 year old woman who never had to worry about being overweight a day in my life until my late 20's. I lost 37 pound with SparkPeople from May 2013 until Sept 2013 but then kinda fell off the bandwagon and gained back 10 lbs!! I am still fit and running frequently, I just love food!! Coming back to the only program that has ever worked for me...tracking my food and exercise. It sucks and, yeah, is time consuming, but the work is worth the pay off!

Interesting you say that! I decided to cut out grains about a week ago. Mostly as an incentive to stay away from bar food and all the sugary baked good I've buddied up to this year, but it does mean I'm not eating my breads with 6-7 grams of fiber per slice. I don't have IBS but I do have, shall we say, a very sensitive digestive system. I've considered going back on one the probiotic supplements at whole foods. Any tips?

I so agree with your comment on Squirrelmission's blog... Tell your younger self to strip for a month and get it out of your system. LOL! Love it! I always kick myself for not doing it for a few weeks in my 20's when I was young, perky and fit. It's too late now. OH NO!
