Interesting you say that! I decided to cut out grains about a week ago. Mostly as an incentive to stay away from bar food and all the sugary baked good I've buddied up to this year, but it does mean I'm not eating my breads with 6-7 grams of fiber per slice. I don't have IBS but I do have, shall we say, a very sensitive digestive system. I've considered going back on one the probiotic supplements at whole foods. Any tips? 1048 days ago
I so agree with your comment on Squirrelmission's blog... Tell your younger self to strip for a month and get it out of your system. LOL! Love it! I always kick myself for not doing it for a few weeks in my 20's when I was young, perky and fit. It's too late now. OH NO!
