Here we go. Rather, here I go. I gave away a whole bunch of great outfits the other day that are 2 to 4 sizes too small bc I figured I might as well stop daydreaming about fitting them again.
Tonight, I can't see the logic in that. I look at pictures of myself and see a very unhealthy body. I also see a lack of mischievous light in my eyes now. I also hold back from doing things bc heaven forbid they are physically exerting. I don't go out and dance, a previous favorite past time.I'm ...

I don't go out and dance, a previous favorite past time.I'm trying to understand why over the past four years I've chosen to live in a very uncomfortable body when I know how much more energy I have when I'm active. I'm not very happy right now, and I'm fairly certain my self image and my fear regarding health issues which could be impending are playing a large part of it.
I went to the pool today, didn't swim laps like I did 5 years ago, but I bobbed around and really did some hard thinking about where I want to be in my life. The easiest thing to control is my health and body. So while I figure out my other goals, here is where I am starting. So tadaaa, today I pseudo swam ha ha. Tomorrow, the world!

Just joined a bootcamp which is kicking my butt 3 days a week, as well as walking with a friend 2 days a week.

I'm 33, in health care, married to my loving boi and have 3 cats and a dog who finally learned "roll over" today.

Other Information:
I'm tired of this shape and want to look like my sexy vixen self again.

Be happy to answer any questions you may have. Be prepared though to have to work at not gaining weight during your pregnancy if you decide to go that route. Best to get a start now though so you have the tools to do so. Best wishes - Senara
