it takes time and when i first started it was not about losing but seeing where all my calories were coming from by logging my foods. it is not easy and no one ever promised changing our habits would be easy. but with consistancy and persistance you will previal. one week is past and things will improve have faith and believe.
Good afternoon. Thanks for the message on my page. I am looking to lose well over 100 lbs. but my first mini goal is to lose 60 and get back under 300 lbs. Eventual, I would like to get back down to 220.
