One day at a time for this loser!
After years of yo-yo dieting, my husband and I decided to join a local gym and enter their Body Transformation Contest. It runs for 12 weeks, includes before and after photos and a workout with a personal trainer. My trainer made suggestions for changing the way we eat and referred me to Sparkpeople.com for ideas and motivation. My trainer made suggestions for changing the way we eat and referred me to Sparkpeople.com for ideas and motivation. While the contest has us motivated to push ourselves more, I have to admit I love eating my big meal at breakfast, a smaller lunch and the smallest meal at dinner - much to my surprise! We seem to be eating more fruits and veggies , as well as drinking alot more water than we've been used to. All in all, we feel healthier and have much more energy.
