    well, the goal is half there! i went on monday and today. i know tuesday and thursday are nearly impossible for me because i'm at work or school allllll day. :-( BUT, yesterday i did take the dog for a walk for 20 minutes, so at least i still did something. :-) also, this month i have decided to boycott any eating out whatsoever. that includes starbucks, fast food, restaurants, even 7-11. So far it's going well, i have only eaten healthy food i bought at the grocery store. i won't know if i lost anything until sunday, though, because i've decided to stop beating myself up every day about the number on the scale... only once a week from now on! thanks again for keeping an eye on me and encouraging me!!!

    thanks for your comments, it's nice to know someone's watching me! i have on and off days now that i have a regular schedule. sometimes i fall asleep as soon as i hit the pillow and other days it's seems excruciating to turn my brain off. i try the breathing thing and also a "tense-and-relax" method for each muscle but i'm terrible at concentrating on those exercises. hopefully with practice comes peace! :-)
