Hi everyone, welcome to my page :). I've returned to the site after not being on it for about 9 months and am trying to get back into a healthier lifestyle. I've had a lot of problems with my weight yo-yoing in the past and this time I'm going to do things properly. Last time I was on this site I managed to lose 20 lbs and to keep it off for a while, but unfortunately I gained it all back and more shortly after moving in with my boyfriend last August. That's in the past now though and it's time to move on :) - so far for this round I've lost 10 lbs and am going to keep going until I meet my goals.

Starting back slowly. I've been really good with watching what I'm eating, but I haven't been exercising enough. I'm going to try focusing on getting exercising again.

Welcome to the Swimming for Cardio Team. I think trying to add in some exercise is a very healthy goal. Why don't you try committing to some form of exercise for 3 days a week. A lot of us use the daily thread to post what exercise we've gotten. Come check it out!
