    Krissy is living in Indian, roughly an hour from Chicago. It was nice to see her we had a nice chat and some lovely indian food! Yum yum, but apparently fattening, although i am convinced it's good fat like avocados and nut?!?! Yeah you'd better take it easy the last think you need to do is throw out your back! I will be boarding on the 26th! What are you going to be up to? Mom and Dad will be back, perhaps Andy would want to babysit if he's done working... that might be weird but maybe kind of cool. He watches his friends kid Brandon once every blue moon. Of course you'd have to pick him up from Canada! I am not sure when we will be there exactly. I am thinking of renting a car for the week, then I can drive up to Vancouver and meet Andy and we we'll have our own transportation... we'll see. I am doubting mom will want to lend me her car for several days, and the train starts to add up!

    Failing point... sleeping thru my class :)
    It's okay though, I have all day to get tot he gym and I don't want to over due the yoga. Yesterday I felt fat and gross today I am feeling much more in shape. I think it's because yesterday I got weighed and got my body fat measured, that's rarely fun! Next time it will be. I am actually about to go get indian food with Krissy Borst (from 6th grade and up) do you remember her, weird. I think I might swim today that or run? We'll see how I feel a little later right now I have a stomach and head ache. ick. Anyways what are you up to today? How is your back? It's the big boobs your charting around, I know all about this! Or maybe the baby, I know nothing about that! Love ya~

    Yesterday I jumped rope for ten minutes and went to a 90 minute astaya yoga (that's fast flowing). Then this morning I went to a cardio pilates class. Stretching should get good for your back so maybe do some yoga. You are totally on top of this exercise make me loss weight!
