    Hi Pam,

Thanks for the note recently. No I'm not on here so much anymore, and it doesn't look like you are either. But I did see your note about the treadle machine. I think if I were you I'd look for a Singer dealer and ask them. I don't really know about parts. My machines probably don't work, I don't know. I just like them and use them for interesting furniture. I have one by my front door and one in my family room as an end table (where I keep my laptop). I also have one from like 1918 that does use electricity that I had someone from a local Singer shop tune up and he did put a new belt on it. That one sews great! I've moved it all around the country. That one I got for like $15.00 when I needed to sew maternity clothes many years ago. They can be really fun. I hope you enjoy yours.

I am back exercising about 3-4 days per week now also. It's great to start feeingl better slowly but surely.

As it turned out I have thyroid issues, adrenal issues (stressed out to the point of physical breakdown) and have been through several months of physical therapy for a back injury that started in Sept when I started working out at my local gym. I've been through a lot and am not even close to 100% but am doing much much better.
You hang in there and so will I ok? It's so good to hear from you!

Hello and Happy New Year! I know I've been MIA for quite awhile while I've been working on several health issues, but I do still think of you often, pray for you and miss our times of conversing and connection. I'm hoping to check in more with SP this year and hope we will be able to pick up where we left off. I'm doing a bit better lately so maybe I won't have to use so much energy on my actual health issues and will be able to handle more time on the computer. We'll see. Anyway, I wish you increased health and weight loss and of course as much happiness as you can handle in the new year and beyond.
    Hugs,

    Hi Pam,
How have you been lately? It's been awhile since we've connected. I'm sure most of it is my fault because I haven't been available online much at all. Just when I think I'm back on track something else comes up LoL. So the synopsis is I've been out of town traveling, had quite a bit of company, kept the grandkids, more traveling for a funeral turned vacation afterwards and then there was a whole weekend car show event that we just came back from out of town again that we took our new classic car to. Oh and I've been locked out of Spark (not sure how that happened but I tried it this morning and everything was fine...weird!) Whew, for a girl that really never goes anywhere it's been a bit of a whirlwind but so much fun! Just what I've needed :)
Oh and I've also been quilting in between, which of course I've been loving also. I'm almost finished with 2 quilts and have 4 more in progress. And I'm really having fun with all of them. 2 are English Paper Piecing plus I also have an EPP block for the guild to finish that are takeable (is that even a word?). I took them on this trip and did work on them some but was busy talking to people about our Cougars so didn't get as much done as I had hoped. So I'll keep on plugging along with them, they will get finished eventually.
So what's up with you these days? Drop me a note and let me know how you are doing ok?
