It's My Time Now
I decided to update my page. I've been at this since January '09. I started out pretty well, logging in every day and tracking my food. Never really got the exercise thing going consistently. I did well until April, it's been slow going or no going ever since. But.......... I refuse to give up! This is such a great site and all the tools are here. I am pledging to myself that I will log in every day and track my food. Even when I make poor choices. Seeing those numbers add up really helps me to ...

I did well until April, it's been slow going or no going ever since. But.......... I refuse to give up! This is such a great site and all the tools are here. I am pledging to myself that I will log in every day and track my food. Even when I make poor choices. Seeing those numbers add up really helps me to make better choices. I'm also pledging to myself to exercise at least 5 days a week. I have a perfectly good bow flex in my basement that is not being used!!! No excuses!!! You know in another 6 months I can be right where I am today..... miserable. I vote for happy and healthy! How about you? Ask yourself that same question. Where are you going to be in 6 months?

Tracking my food- I can't believe how it adds up. Definitely makes you think twice. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day- really am going to make it a priority
