Hey I'm Sam. After getting in shape and planning my first marathon, I broke my 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th metatarsal, tore both of my peroneal tendons, and broke a few of my toes. Needless to say, running was impossible for a while and my eating habits got progressively worse. I've gained about 10lbs of the 45 that I lost. I know I'm not 'overweight' anymore, but I just want to feel better and get back into running. I know I can do it, but it's hard after such a long break!

My Goals:
I'm working towards having a flat, firm stomach and completing my first marathon.

My Program:
I run 35-40 miles a week, and although I have to eat plenty of carbs and calories, I stay away from fat and sugar as much as possible.
