Time for a CHANGE

I am currently in my 30's and have no health problems, but I know in order to keep it that way I need to lose weight. I've never really been that motivated to lose weight, and I know my challenge is to stay motivated to complete this journey.

My Goals:

My Program:
I am still working on this. This morning I jumped up and walked the dog with my husband. That was my start, but now I know I need a plan.

Personal Information:
I grew up in Virginia. I moved to Arizona for a few years, and now I am back in Virginia. My husband and I moved back into the city so we can walk more. I live across the street from a beautiful park and I have no excuses not to walk everyday.

Hi, me again - it's been a while I know (3 years or so I reckon) - how have you been - i'm still chugging along, slowly but surely - it's been a bit of a battle that's for sure - life got in the way once again as it does but i'm finally back - so how are you doing? How did feast day 1 go? Days 2 and 3 are often hardest for many, but so worth making it to the 'other side' -- you can do it!

I did it! 10,000 swings and now that it's over I haven't a clue as to my next challenge. I took a whole week off though. I did 4 miles last Sunday and was totally exhausted afterward. emoticon
