Hey,

I actually find that WW and SP go together pretty well. I found that WW taught me what I needed to know about portion size and when to treat yourself and through spark I'm learning more of WHAT to spend my calories on and how to eat cleaner. Plus, you can't beat the encouragement around here.

Are you finding your way around this giant site?
