I think that this is a good title for my continued weight loss journey. I lost 30 lbs. over the course of 1 year and have gone up and down over the past 24 months. I lost some inches, and I found them back in other places. Exercise has helped. Exercise is just one piece of the puzzle. Sleep is an important piece of the puzzle, as is what I eat from day to day. The SparkTeams are a great way to gain support, and I absolutely love the MysteryReaders team. It is an active group and these ladies really keep you on your toes.
The ultimate goal is to keep the focus on healthy living.

My Goals:
My goal is to loose weight, keep physically active, and eat a variety of healthy foods. My goals, however, are in direct conflict with my motivation.

My Program:
I am attempting to live by the slogan "strive for five".

Personal Information:
I have lived in the same city for most of my life, except for college. I have worked as an Occupational Therapist for over 27 years. Home health is where I work, and I have done that the longest(17 years).

Other Information:
I am basically shy, not quiet. I enjoy reading, mostly cozy murder mysteries. I am active in my church, mostly in the choir. I bowl, and I have taken bridge lessons for 4 years. And yes, I enjoyed cooking and baking.

Thanks for adding me as a friend. I couldn't help but notice the picture of Mackinaw. Are you from that area? That is home to me and I miss it terribly.
But like you, I love, love, love a good juicy murder mystery. Some of the light weight ones where you have it figured out in the first three chapters just don't do it. I want blood and guts and terror and intrigue. I guess I'm not the only one! LOL
