I am a 50 year old stay at home mom of five in the Poconos. I try to stick to a vegetarianish diet, low salt, low sugar. It's tough though. My high weight was around 220 , I weigh 164 right now. I'd like to get down to 145 and tone up.
I want to enter menopause at an ideal weight for my height. I want to be healthy, toned, and fit.
