Hey I've been thinking about you....wondering where you've been!! Yeah...starting over once again ( should be my motto!) I started a water aerobics class 2x a week.....was surprised that it was actually a bit challenging. I'm now trying to do some kind of exercise EVERY day. Today I have 60 minutes on the exercise bike. I got lazy last night and did not do my bike but I did take a 4 mile walk. Still, I shouldn't have taken the day off from the bike.
Today is a good day to get as much exercise as we can since we have to weigh in tomorrow! .
My favorite healthy meal...Hmmmm, I guess it would have to be breakfast when I have my 2 veggie sausages with an ounce of cheddar cheese melted on them and a cup, a half of fat freee milk, coffee with Splenda and fat free half and half and a Thomas's Light English muffin. Yummmm... What about you?
