4/15/15 - Also joined the BLC28 after being away for a few rounds. I knew I was ready to support my team again. Looking forward to that challenge also

Little tid-bits (food for thought this week):

When you're having a good time exercising, it blocks out the unpleasant feelings that can be associated with the term "working out." If you do a heart-pumping activity "that makes you smile," you'll be more likely to stick with it. If you see exercise as an enjoyable part of life, you'll do more of it . . . and get more feel-good benefits from it. Find your passion!
