4/15/15 - Also joined the BLC28 after being away for a few rounds. I knew I was ready to support my team again. Looking forward to that challenge also

Focus on one goal at a time to become a healthier you. Develop an action plan for each goal and finish what you start. Each positive change will lead you to better results. Try this little "trick" this week . . . the “1 Times 10 Trick”

Find 10 opportunities during the day to raise your heart rate for just 1 minute at a time. You can do anything for only 1 minute, right? You’ll burn as many as 300-400 extra calories a day by doing this little trick alone!!! emoticon emoticon
