I'm a 20-something who suffers from chronic pain. My fibromyalgia has really discouraged me from exercising because it hurts so much. But my boyfriend and I want to start trying to have children in 6-12 months and I want to be as healthy as possible for myself, him and my future children. I recently quit smoking and have put on about 5 more pounds.
