My Goals:
To lose as much weight, safely,as I can till Aug 17th,my back surgery day.Then I will lose a pound at a time during recovery.Once I am mobile I'll continue loseing weight to my target of 190,I will during that time start a exercise program using SP work out sites.
My Program:
Right now I am walking in a heated pool at my gym and doing low impact exercises 3 days a week for 1 hr. per session up to 2 sessions.I am using SP food planner to guid my eating habits and most important for me,portion controll.
Personal Information:
Most people call me Jim. I am from West Virginia,wild and wounderfull. I hope someday to play golf again.I have been a registered U.S.T.A. proffesional tennis instructor.I hope also to fish again.My disabilities have taken many things from me that I will reclaim with SP direction.
Other Information:
I am a active member of the First Unitarian Universalist Society of Marietta,Ohio.I am a disabled vet./chef. I like to read anything in the large print area of the library.Where I live that's 1 shelf..lol.My entertainment is this computer which I just increased the memory 8 times..woa.I sing country karoke on Sat.nights.I even get request...blush.
