Cookie monster has meltdown

Well, having drifted away from SparkPeople...not only have I regained all the weight that I lost and a little extra on top, I have also developed an incredibly sweet-tooth and a chocolate addiction. However, this is now year two of not eating crisps and I'm so happy that I'm not suffering crisp cravings. Gradually getting to grips with the chocolate habit too. Trying to see the positive side of what I have achieved even if my weight has gone up. That's next on the agenda. I need to start to ...

to be honest cookie I have not yet tried it, I keep falling off the regular bandwagon. I will let you know here in a couple weeks when I attempt once again to get back on board with getting me fit and healthy.
