Persistence pays off! Why do I share all this? Because with persistence, SparkPeople pays off, too!

My Goals:
My goal is to lose weight and become more physically fit.

My Program:
New Program Change: I'm back to reading labels and eating at home more often. I am exercising every day now, thanks to Holly.

PRGRAM CHANGE: My program is to continue reading labels and preparing healthy foods, and to exercise more. I also need to maintain the good sleep habits I have built during my first couple months on SparkPeople.

ORIGINAL PROGRAM: My program is to start preparing food again (yuck!), and to start exercising more (simple things like clean the house). I hope to walk 5 miles each day just in my daily routine of work and chores.

Personal Information:
My name is Carol. I am currently from Wapakoneta, Ohio (exactly at the half-way point of I-75 on the western side of the state).

Other Information:
I love Jesus! I really like history & historical fiction. I am a fan of movies (especially musicals).

Hello! Very nice to hear from you. You have been in my thoughts but I have not been on this site for a while... a long while. I started Jenny Craig in December and have lost 30 pounds. I am a bit stuck and have decided to get back to SP. What is nice to see is that there is more about Jenny Craig on this site than there was before. I have been busy with school, teaching French Immersion Kindergarten for the first time in 20 years. Not really my choice to move but I am enjoying it. What I will be doing next year is up in the air... once again. I am too old for this!!!! emoticon

Well it has been ages, but it was so cool to log on and see some old friends! I have missed being on here (and so has my poor body!) and keeping motivated by friends walking the same walk. What a blessing it is to see you are still here and well! Hugs Deb

WOW, I see your progress and say to you, GREAT WORK!
I have slid off the "spark wagon" and tried to avoid even getting on the scale and as a result of those three months of rebellion, have gained back 10 pounds I lost out of my original 20.....I have a long way to go and to see your progress, I am encouraged!
May the Lord bless and keep you today and always and know you INSPIRE me,
In Jesus,
Dori
