I need to consider my entire person for anything to change. I don't do this often enough. Too many of my attempts to lose weight have focused on dieting and NOT on a lifestyle change. I need to do more and stay in the now.

Right now, I am just tracking the foods that I eat. I am trying to move into a healthier eating pattern and to start getting physical. ;)

I was born and raised in Florida. I am 35 years old, engaged, and recently a full time professional. I just received my master's degree in English Literature, and I am working on a doctorate in Text and Technology.
Other Information:
