My Goals:
-Eat 90% clean foods, without guilt when i enjoy treats.
- Exercise e v e r y day in a fun way, obsessive compulsion feelings-free!
- Enjoy my youth, be silly, free of food & body worries :)

My Program:
My focus is on being ative & keeping well away from sad / low moods & actions... bingefree!
Herbal teas, coffee & fruit in the mornings, salad with carbs (rice crackers, beans, kumara) for lunch, vegies and protein for dinner. Exercise is whatever i'm feeling like, a mix of gyming, swimming, walking, circuit training & yoga.

Personal Information:
Me! Well i was born in Tokyo, and travelled all over the world with my mama as a child (because of her job + she has the travel bug!!) I've also lived in HongKong, England, and both islands of New Zealand. I spent a year on an outdoor pursuits course, learning a lot about diff sports, activities, health, safety, instruction etc. I excelled in english, drama and french in high school ,and am currently partime studying french and working in a juice bar. Next year i plan to travel around africa andsouth america doing community work and travel blogging. I love sports, esp netball running swimming pilates yoga and dance. I'm qualified as a masseuse and i worked for 3 years as a trainee hairdresser! I miss high school and my friends from it and also over seas - i love my boyfriend hugely and he is definately my bestfriend, but i do get lonely lately. I'm very close with my mama and keep in touch with my friends overseas. C'est moi!!

Hey there! That's ok I haven't been coming on much either, if only to sometimes plug in how much exercise I've been doing :) Don't hate me for it lol, but I'm from Auckland :D West Auckland though, so that makes it a bit better xD Whereabouts are you from? And yeah Pilates is so cool! I wish I could actually join a class or something, but I don't really have the money/ the classes I've seen don't fit around my Uni timetable. So I just have to make do with the Pilates videos on Youtube hehe. But they are pretty cool, and Coach Nicole is so nice :D
Oh that would be nice lol, random friend add, but that would be nice! Maybe we can help motivate each otehr through that too :p

Thanks so much for your kind words of encouragement! It seems like we have a lot in common. The massage, vegetarian, and generally our mindset towards food, health, issues...lol. I`ve joined a spark team that is really helping me stay on track every day. It`s called Flab to Fab Challenge if you wanna join up, you may find it helpful, everyone is very motivating and supportive.
