That's a crazy system you got there but hey if it works it works! ;-) I don't have trouble with veggies.i too buy the salads, brocolli slaw, celery, carrots, and i cook a lot of veggies. It's just those fruits and I don't like to eat canned fruits, the only fruit I can eat on a daily basis is banana..they're quick and easy.. I do cook with a lot of spices and seasonings too. Thanks for stopping by and reminding me that it's okay to take a break on the exercise. Fortunately, I do alternate my strength training each day doing upper one day, lower the next and then core. It's my cardio I tend to overdo.
