Hello, I am a 29 year old single mother of one. For the past couple of years I have had many up and down challenges in my life and my weight has been one of them. I was at my goal weight four years ago and since then I have gained all of my weight back. I have taken a look at what I have choosen to eat and do with my life. Hello, I am a 29 year old single mother of one. For the past couple of years I have had many up and down challenges in my life and my weight has been one of them. I was at my goal weight four years ago and since then I have gained all of my weight back. I have taken a look at what I have choosen to eat and do with my life. Knowing that McDonalds and Taco Bell will not keep me skinny and sleeping till 11am on the weekends will not whittle my waist I have decided to make a permanent change. My "come to Jesus" moment happend this week when I was at The Gap trying on pants and realizing I can no longer wear the sizes I was in last year. I thought back on my lifestyle and habits that had brought me to this point. I want to be healthy, feel, and look good, but most of all be proud of who I am. I joined a 24/7 gym and I am planning to start utilizing my membership this week. I've also changed what I put in my cart when I go grocery shopping. I am going to use this website to track my progress. I know I can do this and I am so ready to feel and look much better.

My Goals:
My goals are to be happy with who God created me to be. I also want to work hard on staying fit and eating properly. I want to feel good and have a positive outlook on my overall health.

My Program:
In order to meet my goals of losing inches, gaining muscle, and feeling better, I am going to work out at least 3 times a week. I am doing 30 minutes of cardio with my workouts and hopefully squeeze in a couple of good runs. I am also going to monitor my food better. I have gotten off track there and that is what gets me every time.

Welcome you seem to have the right attitude about what you want and your goals and look great. No McDonald's and Taco Bell may not be the perfect food choice, but everyone needs something to indulge in once in a while. The hardest thing for me is time,I work 2 jobs and go to college so my day is gone before it starts...I recently bought a wii and wii fit and it lets me fit any free time I can find to workout.
