My Goals:
1. Work out at least 4 times a week. Be active as many days a week as possible, even if it's not a formal workout.

2. Stick within my nutrition guidelines at least 6 days a week - relax a little on the seventh sometimes, but don't go crazy.

3. Burn at least 1000 calories a week.

5. Weigh between 150-160 pounds and maintain that weight range long term.

6. Building healthy, sustainable habits like packing my lunch, drinking water, staying active, and getting enough sleep, that I can maintain for the rest of my life.

My Program:
1. As many whole, fresh foods as possible. Stick to the calorie range, and update my goals as I go along.

2. Run or do the elliptical or other cardio at least 3 days a week.

3. Rock climb, do yoga, or other muscle-based activities 1-2 times per week.

Thanks for your excellent comments on the "when do I no longer feel like I'm depriving myself" thread. You put it all so well, and I am in such agreement with you, that I had nothing else to add as a suggestion. I feel, think, and feed myself exactly as you do. I would love your recipe for "fries." I make all my own stuff, including oven fries, and have totally lost the taste for any deep fried potatoes, or any deep fried anything. I love cooking, and agree with you in that we can produce delicious equivalents that are so much more healthier than anything you can drive through to pick up.
