She got outbid on the pink dress and got a blue one instead.

10 year reunion! You can accomplish a lot in a few months, but it's the eating that will make or break you!

Remember to "trade" that food for your next pound lost. Don't give up. Do somthing with your hands to keep you busy. Get some of that chocolate mint icecream gum (so good!!) for panic times. Log every bite of every, single thing that goes in your mouth on sparkpeople and look at the numbers.

If you stay in calorie range you'll lose weight. Absolutly!

Come on, Conne! That blue dress isn't going to grow!

When you're going to over eat, think about "trading" that bite of food for fitting into the dress. Don't give up. Do it for your health, your happiness, and fitting into that dress!!

Hope you are eating good. It sure gets hard when you have to buy snacks for the kids to not eat them. Well I am hoping to lose 3 lbs this week. Set a weight loss goal it helps to have a goal and feels really good when you are able to meet it or exceed it. emoticon

Are you still on here? I hadn't heard from you for a few days. I always do better when I am constantly on here. I guess it makes me think about weight loss more and my goals and stuff?? Anyway let's that ticker go down a little each week and you'll be there in no time. emoticon
