Another update needed.
Another year and so far from where I was.
I am hopeful this will be the year I pull myself together and accomplish what I need to do to reclaim my health. I am fat, exhausted and just so physically disabled due to my weight.
I do not want to become a burden on my children in the future. I want them to be healthy and active and for me to be a positive role model in that mission.
2011 is going to be great!
Starting weight for 2011 will be close to 260.
I want to end 2011 at 220.

The baby is here! Born March 29, 2010. A little girl! We now have 3 boys and 3 girls! And I am raring to start this journey again on May 1st. Before then I need to find out how many calories I need while breastfeeding and give my body a little time to recover.

On a llittle break from all this - although I am still trying to live healthy! I am pregnant and due in April!

New goal of reaching the 200s by November.

Well I did not reach it in 2008. In fact I gained weight in 2008. My goal is to get out of the 200s by July and to my goal by the end of 2009.

I have set my goal to reach my goal weight in 2008! I will have to stop doing this "half-way" and set my sights on my goal! I am 38 years old. I am the mom of three boys - 6, 8 and 20 and two girls - 3 and 2. I was tired of being tired and lethargic and LARGE! I am determined to change my life style and change my health for the better. I want to be healthy and live long to see my children and grandchildren and hopefully even my great-grandchildren grow up!

1) Changing my eating habits and food choices. Following the menu plan from the Biggest Loser Club.
2) Adding exercise and just being active in the outdoors to my life style.
3) Drinking more water.
4) Being involved in weight loss challenges.

    Hey...I hadn't checked my sparkpage for ages and then I see that I missed a message from you. You are such a sweet kind lady. Not sure why you would admire ME!!! You are the one to be admired as you are the one with 6 kids and such a good mother at that. Lot's of people can have 6 kids but not all of them can be a 'Mom'!!!
