Hello, I would think more of the line of 10 pounds as a small goal and not 10 in one month. I know some can do that but some cant either. Eat right and exercise some and let your body worry about how much it wants to lose each month because you will worry youself to death and feel bad if it looks like you are not going to make the 10 pounds in one month, and may fall off your healthy eating style again because of that. Eat right,enjoy your food and live your life. When you focus so much on what you are going to get from your eating it is hard to not pick up that pop tart,candy bar and chips when things are looking downward on what you get for eating the way you are. I hope this makes sense to you.
