My Goals:
My ultimate weight loss goal is 150 pounds.

My current long term goal is 175 pounds. My reward for reaching this goal is Cathe Friedrich's new STS weight lifting DVD series.

My mid- term weight loss goal for right now is 198 pound, 10% of my current start weight.

My short term goal is to stay within my daily calorie range, up my protein and healthy fat intake while eating less carbs.

My Program:
I'm focusing on well-balanced meals and snacks as a part-time vegetarian. I believe in moderation, and finding a food plan that fits into my lifestyle.

I'm working towards getting back to working out regularly with my favorite fitness instructor Cathe Friedrich. She rocks!

Personal Information:
I recently moved to southwest Florida near my favorite place in the world- the BEACH.

Dear Connie,

Just wanted to drop by to support you and give you encouragement that you can and will do what it takes to support your body's nutrition and fitness needs. I started at around the same weight as you a couple of months ago and through slow and steady progress am now wearing some clothes I haven't fit in for about a year. Keep posting daily, walk whenever you have stress in your life (the insulin that stress produces creates a carb/high sugar craving and you need to walk to get this out of your system). I pray a lot and that helps too! Also, the thing that I have found that has helped me more than anything on this website is to go out and seek those who need encouragement and give it. Somehow giving it, helps me more than I can explain. So, girlfriend, keep the faith and have fun! I also joined an accountability spark group that has helped. I post my numbers every day. It's kind of a team thing. Fun!
