I am a 39 y.o. mom of 2 boys (10 & 6 ). I never battled my weight before - I just let it slowly take over. I got a big wake up call in October 2006 and now I am in charge (and no longer large). I lost 50 pounds over 2007! In 2006 I would have told you it was not physically possible for me to be the size I am now. My Goals:
To maintain my weight loss with a healthy lifestyle. To improve my flexibility and continue to develop strength and stamina.
My Program:
Cardio excercise at least 4 times a week. Strength training 2-3 times per week. Log foods and keep within calorie range most days. Keep protein and fiber in recommended ranges. Drink water!
Personal Information:
I lost most of my weight just by starting to exercise. I've gone from being a committed non-exerciser to a bit of a junkie.
