My monthly goal for June 2011 is to lose 11 lbs (5kg).
To restart and complete 28 day bootcamp challenge.
I intend to do this by: 1) utilising a 10 min cardio video for 5 days a week; 2) walking 2000 steps (1 mile) 5 days a week; 3) utilising a 10 min toning video for 5 days a week; 4) using my vibroplate for a 10 min session 5 days a week; 5) Using my Wii fit program 20 mins a day; 6) observing my SP diet for 6 days out of 7 each week (chilling on the 7th day, but eating not more than 1500 cals).
Exercise goals should take about 50 - 60 mins a day, but spread throughout the day as I can fit them in - this will help me stay focused as the dark night comes in!
Hello my friend, I hope that you are doing well. I am sorry I haven't been talking much. Been busy volunteering, job hunting and helping my mom. I hope that you and your family had a safe holiday.
