My Goals:
InshaAllah ...

My monthly goal for June 2011 is to lose 11 lbs (5kg).

To restart and complete 28 day bootcamp challenge.

My Program:
InshaAllah,

I intend to do this by:
1) utilising a 10 min cardio video for 5 days a week;
2) walking 2000 steps (1 mile) 5 days a week;
3) utilising a 10 min toning video for 5 days a week;
4) using my vibroplate for a 10 min session 5 days a week;
5) Using my Wii fit program 20 mins a day;
6) observing my SP diet for 6 days out of 7 each week (chilling on the 7th day, but eating not more than 1500 cals).

Exercise goals should take about 50 - 60 mins a day, but spread throughout the day as I can fit them in - this will help me stay focused as the dark night comes in!

Welcome to the 28 day Challenge. You'll find all the Sparkies there are great people and will offer any help and support they can so don't ever feel like you're alone!

The videos aren't as daunting as they seem and after a week it'll seem like child's play.
