Good to see you back! Yes, still lifting, but I've modified my program.
I'm currently transitioning to civilian life after 29 years in the Air Force. I'm taking 4 months off before I start working again, and so my regular gym routine is off.
I bought 3 kettlebells (36, 53, & 70 lbs) and am working out with those. I also built 2 sandbags (60 & 130 lbs) and lug those around the neighborhood. And on a lark, went out and bought a 12 lb sledgehammer and I beat the hell out of some old tires in the back yard.
Once a week on Sundays, I go to the Marine base down the road and lift at their gym just to make sure I can still deadlift and squat right! 125 days ago
