My Goals:
My goals are are as follows:

1. To lose 115 lbs (go from 340 lbs to 225 lbs by my 31st birthday

2. To lose 14 inches around my waist (I currently wear size 48, want to get to 34)

3. To increase my energy levels and allow me to comfortably play with my child (soon children)

4. To be healthy and be here for my wife and kids for the next 60 years without being a burden to them

5. To set a positive example for my children and my students

My Program:
Stage 1 (7/15/10 - 7/25/10)

1. Walk 45 minutes per day
2. Drink at least 64 oz. of water daily
3. Do 100 push-ups per day
4. Do 50 sit-ups per day
5. Track and record my food
6. Track and record my exercise
7. Eat at least one fruit and one vegetable per day
8. Spend at least 20 minutes on SP
9. Post on someone else's blog/page to encourage them
10. BE HONEST
