Hey and Howdy!!
Welcome to my sparkpage:-D
I have been on Sparkpeople for over a year now and my exercise is good just need to work on the what I put in my body part.
Over the past few years( ok 10+) I have volunteered for so many things: Girl Scout leader, Girl Scout Service unit manager, Girl Scout Cookie mom ( 8 years now) running 2-3 large Girl Scout events a year, Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, PTA Membership, PTA Secretary, running many PTA events, Room mom for 3 classrooms ...

Welcome to my sparkpage:-D
I have been on Sparkpeople for over a year now and my exercise is good just need to work on the what I put in my body part.
Over the past few years( ok 10+) I have volunteered for so many things: Girl Scout leader, Girl Scout Service unit manager, Girl Scout Cookie mom ( 8 years now) running 2-3 large Girl Scout events a year, Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, PTA Membership, PTA Secretary, running many PTA events, Room mom for 3 classrooms and the list goes on…. With all these activities comes meetings … AND with meetings comes snack foods or high calorie dinners or if no food is served a quick fast food dinner on the way home. Well after many years of this the weight packs on and on. The summer of 2010 I told myself to start sitting on my hands and not volunteer for anything that would interfere with my family time, dinner time, and my exercise time. Guess what! The weight is slowly coming off and a side benefit is less stress. YEAH!! I’m starting to feel better now and even went back to school. Who said a 48 year old could not learn new tricks ;-)

Howdy! Decided to check out the team members on the 40 Something Team for which I am a leader. I got busier with life than I had planned. But I see that you have lost over 20 pounds which is awesome! Keep up the great work! Glad to see that the ear infection is getting better. They are painful. Let me know if I can ever help or offer some support! emoticon
