How goes the ice cream battle?? When was the last time you and your sweetie shared a nice healthy smoothie together?? Healthier and it will not sabotage the progress one makes. I think I hear a Tripleberry with Chobani vanilla yogurt calling your names. emoticon emoticon

I eat a lot of yogurt instead of ice cream. I've also heard that Skinny Cow is really good - and very low cal for ice cream!
